I'm not sure what to make of my behaviour lately.

Is it age (I hope not, I'm in my 30's) or is it plain forgetfulness (attributing to my art-y mind 👩‍🎨)? I've been entering a room and forgetting why I'm there, placing the milk container on the floor and the cats' water bowl in the fridge, misplacing my glasses and the most recent instance to add to the list is thinking I've set my phone down for charging, only to come back an hour later to see I haven't flipped the switch 🙄. Ugh, infuriating....
